Level Up Technical Training
Enhance your technical skills in a multi-step program for field technicians.

All technicians have access to free coursework and hands-on practical training to enhance their skills in our state-of-the-art training center in Jacksonville, Florida. You’ll train using the exact equipment you’ll find in our customers’ stores. Successful participants “level up” and advance their careers through receiving a promotion.

Through the My City Cares program, we offer grants for those in need after natural disasters, financial hardship, and other emergencies. We also provide a paid 8-hour Volunteer Day for full-time team members to volunteer in our communities and more.

Jacksonville, FL

Located in sunny Florida, our U.S. headquarters is tucked away in a quiet business park surrounded by trees and lakes. Inside, you’ll be greeted by our friendly team and find vibrant pops of City blue and green throughout an open floor plan. With areas for solo work and collaboration spaces, you can always find a place to get the job done.

Burlington, MA

The newly constructed Burlington office is located in the metro Boston area. Surrounded by an array of restaurants and shops, this industrial modern workspace is the perfect hub for enhancing collaboration and innovation. Equipped with a living plant wall, a breezy balcony and games, inspiration and the spirit of friendly competition is never far.

In the Field

City’s team of field technicians and leaders allow us to cover 2,750 stores across 24 states. Our technicians typically cover several stores in a geographic area. You’ll be a constant presence in the stores, a partner to the store manager and a familiar face to the customers.
