Established in Glasgow, Scotland in 1985 by Willie and Susan Haughey (now Lord and Lady Haughey), City Facilities Management Holdings Ltd. has become one of the world’s largest privately-held, integrated facilities maintenance companies. With a presence in Europe, North America, Asia and Australia, we provide maintenance and engineering, technical procurement and support, and janitorial and ancillary services, in dedicated partnerships, aligned to the business objectives of our customers. With a unique business model centering on our steadfast core values of collaboration and transparency, City FM has experienced more than three decades of sustained growth. We remain passionate about sharing unparalleled professionalism, quality, customer service and value with partners around the globe.

City FM began operating in the United States in 2016 and has seamlessly expanded throughout the eastern half of the country. We have the ability to self-deliver comprehensive maintenance services anywhere in the US to a variety of environments: commercial, education, healthcare, industrial, and retail. Our customers include some of the country’s biggest household names. Through our proven implementation process, technology, and intensive data-driven approach, City FM ensures outcome-based facility management solutions. We also deliver infrastructure-related professional services, which includes the full lifecycle of capital project requirements, through our City Building and Engineering Services (CBES) division.
