Liz McCallum is the Executive Vice President of Customer Experience and Board Member for City Facilities Management (US) LLC.
Liz has worked for City Australia for over 11 years and was instrumental in the establishment of the Australian business. Prior to joining City Australia, she spent many years working for City United Kingdom in a variety of Contact Centre roles. Recently, she graduated from AICD, the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
In her role with City US, she is excited to be able to continue to be part of City’s global success as one of the fastest-growing, self-performing facilities management companies in the world. Her main focus is providing City’s partners with a world-class customer experience through optimizing their top-of-the-line Help Desk and remaining at the forefront of technological innovation.
Liz’s passion lies in developing creative customer care strategies that set City and its partners up for success for many years to come.
